While at the Parallels 2010 Summit, rackAID technical director, Juli Zurovec, took the new Parallels Certification Exams. Today, the shiny “Parallels Certified Automation Engineer” certificate arrived in the mail.
“rackAID’s success depends upon the expertise of our staff and what better way to demonstrate that expertise than to have our staff certified in the products they support,” said Jeff Huckaby, rackAID’s CEO.
By becoming Plesk certified, rackAID can now bypass Level 1 technical support at Parallels. “Vendor certification programs are just an additional step we take to assure we stay atop the latest trends in the industry.
“I work with Plesk every day, but you can always learn more. By participating in the training programs, I picked up a few tips and tricks that will help rackAID better support our server management clients,” said Juli Zurovec, who is among the first individuals to received the new certification.
