rackAID, a leading provider of server management services, announced today that Audrey Lyman has joined their team.
Audrey comes to rackAID from Mohawk Home and Flooring, where she worked as designer and marketing assistant. At rackAID, she will help continue the companies efforts to make IT services easy to understand and easy to use by overseeing marketing and sales efforts.

Her non-IT background provides us with a reality check while bringing fresh ideas to the table. Audrey is a great addition to our team.”
In her new position, Lyman will be overseeing rackAID’s new marketing efforts and provide a reality check on sales, marketing and education materials provided by the company. She will also coordinate marketing efforts with vendors and partners as she continues to learn the IT industry.
Huckaby hinted at major new product develops coming in the coming months. He said rackAID is working on hybrid hosting solutions that will allow clients to leverage cloud computing offerings while still relying on dedicated infrastructure for core operations.
