Service Policies

At rackAID we believe it's important to have policies in place that are clear and concise. We never want our clients left to wonder what is covered under their service contracts. Whether you are one of our monthly management clients or a new case-based client, you will find all pertinent policies here.

rackAID uses a Master Services Agreement as a overriding agreement for all products and services. This agreement is then completed with specific service agreements and associated service level agreements. Requesting services from rackAID and supplying requested information means that you accept the terms of this agreement.
